Take Back

"privatisation is a stigma in agricultural education because education and agriculture both are not for a sale "

It all started with the establishment of  private colleges ....I mean to say some private colleges even though not granted with a permission to provide education related to  agriculture as per the GAU Act 2004 section 4 but still they continued to do so, even though it was against the law. But see the irony instead of taking any action against this furtive act Gujarat government extended a hand of support to  this people.

 As story continues,
the admission committee disqualified the students of private colleges as they were non-eligible to give the test for PG entrance examination. So in response to this rejection and disqualification ,front men of private colleges filed a case against the admission committee in the High Court ,fortunately they lost.
as a consequence of defeat in the High Court this case was being dragged to the supreme court and in 2019 they received a judgement stating that if they are  able to take approval from the government within one month they will be e granted with a permission to privatize   the agricultural courses. With this it was also stated that the agri  course which was taught by the private colleges in the past was it according to the the guidelines of ICAR ?should also be checked.

Later, on7/02/2019  Parul University submitted a letter demanding approval to privatize  the agricultural courses to the government. In response to this a review committee of 11 people was asked to submit report..... the submitted report clearly stated that this colleges are unfit but this true report was not considered by this evil doers  as it was against their will, their welfare and privatisation
So a foul play was plotted, a manipulated committee of 3 people was arranged ....
Review given by this committee was as per their will  but it was against the well being  of the farmers and students of Gujarat. Hence the fragile idea of privatization of Agricultural courses was implemented during the lockdown period ,disguise was used as an opportunity.
there are some questions which are  still to be answered....tell me why? Why.. Evil doers

What is more important bag of money or well being of a state...

why did previous governments didnt emphasized on the idea of privatisation of Agricultural courses?

Agriculture is an unorganised sector providing 70% of the population with an employment..... privatisation of agricultural courses will hamper the harmony existing in this sector.

Jai jawan jai kisaan....
